Whether you require 2 taps or 10 taps our mobile bar units come in segments of 6ft, which will suit most purposes. The coolers, barrels and gas cylinder fit inside the bar unit to make a more secure work environment. For larger functions and more taps we can fit one 6ft bar unit alongside another up to 18ft.
We thoroughly clean lines and equipment before use, also Electrical Safety test (pat) the coolers. We will arrive at a time of your choosing, set up your bar to make sure everything is working properly, no fobbing etc.
We will instruct you on how to use it before we leave. We also hire out equipment without the bar, on a per tap basis catered to your individual needs; our prices are very competitive.
Our costs relate to approx 40 mile radius of Newtown in Mid-Wales. (Please be aware we have to travel to you twice with the price of fuel increasing all the time, this means for further afield we may have to add a fuel supplement)
We like to make things simple so:
One Tap refers to everything required to dispense one beer (any product), cooling, gas valve etc. for a weekend. All orders COD.
We have one price £40 per tap, or £40 for a 6ft bar unit, a minimum of £80.
For example:
1 x Tap = £40 (Newtown area only)
2 x Taps = £80
2 x Taps + 1 6ft bar unit = £120
3 x Taps = £120
4 x Taps (+ One Bar unit, free of charge – if required) = £160 { extra
5 x Taps (+ One Bar unit, free of charge – if required) = £200 Bar
6 x Taps (+ Two Bar units, free of charge – if required) = £220 Units
7 x Taps (+ Two Bar units - free of charge – if required) = £240 £20 each }
8 x Taps (+ Three Bar units, free of charge – if required) = £260
10 x Taps (+ Three Bar units, free of charge – if required) =£300
And so on.
3 x 6ft Bar units = £100
Add on
To enable you to dispense Cask Ale:
1 x Beer Engine = £20
1 x Cooler and Cooling Jackets (2 x 9gall only) = £20
To help you gauge what you will need, 2 taps plus cooler would cope with about 100 people (normal drinking some people drinking wine etc) you would need to supply a 13 amp socket for the cooler and a 30/70 mixed gas bottle, (a bottle of gas should suffice about 8+ approx 50 litre containers it is always a good idea to have a spare just in case). If you are buying your beer “sale or return” it might be a good idea just to order a small keg of each product, just in case you run out close to stop tap, this will help keep wastage to a minimum.
